Allow me to explain
I like to blur the lines between process and play.
There has always been some form of design process, and there probably always will. However, allowing yourself not to be too constrained by processes keeps imagination and creativity alive.
I'd rather perfect the solution before perfecting the pixels.
Great design is sticky, but great solutions are even stickier. We're never (usually) designing for designers, people need solutions rather than works of art.
I focus on making things work, then making them wonderful.
I think that every problem, has it's own problems.
True in complex systems, deceptively simple products - and everything in between. Fully understanding the problem landscape helps create a bulletproof solution.
Let's fix them all.
